Key Requirements and Technology Experience: • Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. • PC/laptop Deskside | Break/Fix Support | Install, Move, Add, Configure. • Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed. • Repair, test, image and clean PC’s, laptop, monitors, printers, and other related hardware. • Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs.• Performs a variety of complicated tasks. • Works under general supervision.
