Description:Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provides proactive and reactive support to clients including first level problem tracking, analysis, and resolution in a multi-platform environment. This position provides virtual and phone support to internal clients in a professional and timely manner on a wide range of technologies. Administers security and system access on designated platforms and systems. Issue door access codes and swipe badge tokens. Represents IT within projects for the planning and implementation of service upgrades and technology improvements, including input to change management processes. Thoroughly document, track, monitor major incidents and problems; coordinating teams and ensuring timely resolution while adhering to change control procedures. Manage service requests for users via the IT Service Management (ITSM) toolset according to service specifications. (Ex. Accounts, Access, Software, etc.) Assists clients with their needs assessment for software, hardware, and/or training initiatives. Develops work plans, schedules, and creates/maintains documentation consistent with department standards for continuous improvement. Not remote eligible. Occasional evening or weekend work. Education and Experience Associates degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or similar course work. Minimum 2 years of related work experience. Any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities. Skills/Competencies Attentiveness Time Management Ability to work in a semi-directed manner as part of a geographically dispersed team. Demonstrated ability to work with a high level of integrity and teamwork. Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
