Desktop Technician, Senior

We are looking for a Sr. Help Desk Technician. In this role you will have responsibilities providing system related support to multiple locations to include server and some data center functions. You will configure, image and deploy equipment including PCs, laptops, and mobile devices. This will also include establishing policy and procedure where necessary.

• Must have experience working with Windows environment - 0365, Exchange, Windows Server, and SCCM
• Experience overseeing data center functions, backups and recovery
• Experience working with GRC such as HIPPA and PCI
• Experience in Healthcare would be preferred.
• Should have experience with performing advanced user support for VVMC computer equipment and applications
• The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
• A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
