This position is 100% onsite located in Englewood, CO.

What you will be doing

We are seeking a digital marketing expert in the areas of Digital Ads & Creative to facilitate, operationalize and execute attention-grabbing Programmatic, Social and Video campaigns that drive results. The successful Marketing Manager of AdOps and Creative will oversee creative briefs and intake forms while working closely with our internal creative agency and digital tactic teams to drive creative and media strategy, digital ad development, url creation and validation, trafficking, QA, delivery and sharing insights from reporting. This leader will effectively convey the "what" and the "why" to key executives and team members through reporting, professional insight and strategic recommendations. This role is central to digital operations, perfect for an independent self-starter who is driven by customer experience and passionate about the ever-changing digital marketing landscape. In this role, you will:

  • Manage other AdOps & Creative liaison team members while supporting digital strategy, brand, testing, offers, campaigns, creative, and media teams to deliver successful media campaigns
  • Oversee responsibility for coordination of creative assets, ad development and trafficking, quality assurance, reporting and insights critical to the execution of omni-channel media campaigns across our various lines of business
  • Ensure that all creative and ad setup ladder up to the strategy and media plans for the different campaigns and initiatives and are executed quickly with great attention to detail
  • Work with internal creative agency to request, test and optimize existing assets based off media insights, to support business and campaign goals;
  • Assist in vetting and implementation of new technology partners/products/platforms including but not limited to cross-device tracking, ad verification, attribution, call tracking platforms, APIs, brand safety, advanced pixel tracking, SDKS, DSPs, Social and Video platforms and Ad Servers
  • Communicates complex concepts and ideas in a clear and concise manner, with comfort speaking to executives, across audiences - including senior leadership - with varying levels of expertise
  • QA tag and pixel implementation, troubleshoot with IT, and external ad-serving platforms
Skills, Experience and Requirements: Successful candidates will have:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field; MBA is plus
  • Minimum four years of experience with digital marketing; ad operations, trafficking, dynamic creative optimization; creative strategy, development and feedback; planning, execution and reporting
  • Experience managing, coaching and developing more junior team members with proven track record delivering profitable digital marketing results and other KPIs; Experience leading and training others in ad operations in an agency setting or internal brand team a strong plus
  • Hands-on-keyboard Ad Operations experience (Flashtalking, TTD, DV360, Oath and Amazon, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube)
  • Experience managing omnichannel (ex: DCO, static, animated, feed ads, video, native) social and programmatic campaigns
  • Experience with MMM/MTA, and various attribution models. Strong quantitative orientation with expertise in data analysis and insights; strong detail orientation, extensive experience with Excel and Google Spreadsheets; comfort with pivot tables, vlookups and other analytical functions
  • Working knowledge of e-commerce and ad ops (shopify, tealium, adobe, pixels, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, cross-functional and relationship management skills with ability to work in environments of various product lifecycle maturities, while keeping business objectives top of mind
  • Demonstrated success in planning rapid optimization and test-and-learn agendas and ability to work effectively and in an error-free manner under right time constraints
  • Passion for the constantly-changing digital landscape with finger on the pulse of emerging digital platforms and trends

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check. Salary Range: USD $87500.00 - $125000.00 / Year
