Spend your days:

  • Overseeing the development and maintenance of the organization’s information needs ensuing all enterprise applications support Mental Health Partners’ services and mission
  • Working with the executive team strategizing, managing, and executing initiatives to meet business goals
  • Enhancing our ERP, EHR, HRIS, NetSuite, and other systems to positively impact the organization
  • Supporting companywide process improvement using a creative, strategic, and innovative approach to change management
  • Shepherding our data services initiative to help our organization measure and improve outcomes
  • Developing productive relationships with external partners and vendors
  • Promoting, supporting, and demonstrating MHP’s mission, vision, and values in everything you do

Qualifications

Show us your:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, or related technical field – Master’s degree preferred
  • About 6 years of professional management experience within a non-profit healthcare organization
  • Deep understanding of healthcare environments, applications, and their complexities – EHR, ERP, HRIS, and O365 aren’t just acronyms
  • Exceptional leader with demonstrated ability to grow people and establish trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Refined communication skills - your approach is consultative, collaborative, organized and client-centered
  • Intellectual curiosity - a mind that’s always thinking about the best, most efficient, and cost-effective way to grow
  • Outcome-focused, results-oriented, and your glass is always half full
