SNI Technology's client is actively looking to hire a Director - HR Business Partner for an exciting direct-hire opportunity located anywhere in the US (100% remote opportunity)!

Description

The HR Business Partner will lead and consult on all human capital issues for shared services groups including IT, Finance and Legal. This is a director level position reporting to the SVP of Human Resources at Headquarters in Denver, CO.

This position will work closely with the President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer to create and deliver on its full cycle people strategy including:
  • Creating and deploying an overall people strategy which aligns strategic planning with head count and talent management
  • Ability to be confident while providing guidance to leadership and management on talent, workforce planning and departmental career growth
  • Creating a clear view of talent demand and supply issues by expense area, reporting relationship, and by location
  • Providing leaders the right metrics-identifying talent risk before it impacts business objectives.
  • Coaching management to manage Employee Relations issues appropriately
  • Guiding Performance Management process for the group
  • Champion cultural initiatives to ensure an inclusive environment and advance engagement
  • Study organizational assessments and drafts organizational responses to mitigate risks
  • Preparing departmental reporting and presentations to aid in decision making, consistency and better human capital decisions

Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent with emphasis in HR or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • HR SPHR or equivalent designation strongly preferred
  • 7 years progressive Human Resources leadership or equivalent experience required
  • Understanding of Franchising Organization preferred

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000. Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
