DMG MORI NLX2000 SY with Live X and Z Tooling Stations

Tsugami M08SY with Live X and Z Tooling Stations

Duties will include:

Preparation of Raw Materials

Setup and Tool machines, including tool and work offsets.

Run through program setup and refine code and offsets to meet part print specifications

Work with engineering to provide continuous part inspection and quality control

Collaborate on manufacturing strategies to improve workflow

Loading and unloading of machines

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years working with CNC Control. MAPPS/CELOS/Fanuc Preferred.

Excellent knowledge of tooling types as well as feeds and speeds

Ability to accurately read inspection print and maintain geometric tolerances

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Keep a clean and organized workplace

Salary:

$26.44/hr - $38.46/hr
