Driver / Foreman – Choice Moving Company (Full-Time)

Location: Fort Collins, CO

Compensation: $20–$28/hr (based on experience & performance) + Tips + Advancement Opportunities

About the Role

Choice Moving Company is growing, and we’re looking for motivated, reliable Drivers / Foremen to lead our moving crews in Northern Colorado. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, thrives in a team environment, and wants the opportunity to grow into leadership roles within a fast-paced, high-performing company.

As a Driver / Foreman, you’ll be the on-site leader responsible for driving, managing a crew of movers, ensuring excellent customer service, and executing safe, efficient moves. Experience is a plus — but if you’re mature, hardworking, and willing to learn, we will train you quickly.

What You’ll Do

Safely drive and operate 26’ box trucks

Lead a crew of movers on residential & commercial moves

Represent the company with professionalism and customer care

Load, pad, wrap, and secure items efficiently

Lift and carry 75+ lbs regularly

Problem-solve on the job and adapt to fast-paced environments

Maintain move-day flow, safety, and service standards

Communicate clearly with customers and teammates

Complete paperwork, inventory, and basic documentation as required

What We’re Looking For

Valid driver’s license (CDL not required)

Clean, responsible driving habits

Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work on your feet 8+ hours/day

Strong leadership skills — or the ambition to develop them

Excellent customer service and communication

Mature, reliable, team-oriented mindset

Moving experience preferred, but training available

Punctual, professional, and able to work in variable weather

Weekend availability (rotating)

Compensation & Benefits
