Summary of the Role
Coleman Associates is helping to revolutionize health care for the underserved. We are a mission-based organization that serves and supports Community Health Centers all across the United States. This position is singlehandedly responsible for the internal success of all headquarters administration for all of our company trainings. Specifics include generating, editing, packing, and shipping materials for Coleman’s in-person and virtual training events as well as helping with scheduling, planning, anticipating and succeeding in dazzling our clients. This position also manages travel planning for our team and occasionally attends national training eventstravel is expected to be about 5% of the job. This is a full-time position with an estimate of 36-40 hours per week.
Starting at $43K-60K annually, based on experience and expertise. Paid holidays/vacation time. 401K with profit sharing after one year of service (at open enrollment).
