Electrician wanted for 3 phase install, pays $25,000

I have an electrical job in Moffat Colorado 81143. The job pays $25,000 labor only if anyone is interested. I will be buying all the materials. It’s to install 3 phase power to 3 rooms in my (state licensed) commercial Marijuana Facility + hookup 3 x 10 ton HVAC units. Whoever does this job must be licensed electrician and able to pull permit get it get any inspections required by the state of Colorado as they finish the job by connecting it to the new 3 phase power drop. I can send anyone that is interested the engineer plans (which have slightly changed since they were drafted). But the basic info of the job is as follows. Install the main 3 phase cable to power companies power drop. Install 800-amp Eaton breaker box which is already on site. 1) Install a 150-amp breaker panel and connect it to 3 x 10 ton HVAC units. 2) install a 225 amp breaker panel to 1 room and then connect 84 x lights (277v) to it. It would either be 42 x twin power outlets or 84 x single outlets. All the cabling can go inside the room in conduit instead of coming in from above to make for easier installation. 3) Same as number 2 another 84 lights in 2nd room. 4) 3rd room another 225 amp panel but just 50 lights in this room. Payments will be made as agreed milestones are reached. Job must be completed within 8 weeks from now.
