Aerotek is seeking experienced Electro-mechanical Assembly Technicians to join a growing and innovative manufacturing company in Windsor, CO.We welcome all forward thinkers and problem-solvers who are looking for a place to do their best work to apply!Position Overview: The Assembly Technician is tasked with assembling control panels and building and assembling various electrical and mechanical components. They will also mount and assemble sub-assemblies into larger units in preparation for testing and shipment to customersDescription:

Work with a mindset of safety for yourself and your coworkers.

Strive for the highest quality and make suggestions for process improvements.

Read the blueprints for your assignment.

Check your inventory to ensure you have the right materials on hand.

Use tools and machinery to assemble your part of the product.

Use overhead hoists, pallet jacks, and carts to move and stage materials.

Use a “walkie” stacker forklift to load packs safely and efficiently.

Inspect products for accuracy and uniformity.

Work at ESD-safe workstations to install PCBAs and wire harnesses.

Operate HMI to run tests on battery packs.

Report on your output for the day.

Support prototype projects

Interact with R&D and manufacturing engineering personnel

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in electrical and/or mechanical assembly

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams and schematics

Experience using common hand tools

Basic computer skills

Strong attention to detail

Problem-solving skills

Interpersonal skills

Adaptive and flexible

Shift: 7AM - 3:30PM Mon-FriBenefits:
