Together, we’ll draw on our legacies of disruption to change the way the world communicates. We are seeking a talented Email Marketing Lead to join our Brand Marketing Team. The Email Marketing Lead will be responsible for creating and implementing effective email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and revenue. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with experience in managing email campaigns and can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Job Duties and Responsibilities Develop and execute email marketing strategies that are focused on existing customer base engagement, addressing drivers of churn and promote retention Develop and execute email marketing strategies that are focused on securing email leads and driving new subscribers Execute, test and optimize the drip campaigns leading to increasing new subscribers Manage end-to-end email campaigns, including planning, design, segmentation, scheduling, testing, and reporting Monitor and analyze email campaign metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization Maintain and update email marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, product, and development, to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless user experience across all touchpoints Stay up-to-date on email marketing best practices and industry trends and apply them to improve campaign performance Manage email list segmentation and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations Build and manage relationships with email service providers and other vendors Manage email marketing budget and provide regular reports on campaign performance and ROI Identify opportunities for new email campaigns and implement them to drive engagement and revenue Skills, Experience and Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field 3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2C environment Proven track record of successfully managing email campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and revenue Experience with email marketing software, such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or Klaviyo Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills Knowledge of email marketing best practices and industry trends Understanding of data privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA Experience with HTML a plus #LI-BT4 Salary Range Compensation: $65,800.00/Year - $94,000.00/Year Compensation and Benefits From versatile health perks to new career opportunities, check out our benefits on our careers website.
