Job Title: End User Computing (EUC) Engineer / /Workplace Service engineer

Location: Denver, CO

Urgent Requirement

Job Description:
  • Support employees and contractors on the floor with company issues devices and peripherals
  • Deskside support Where needed and be the face of IT.
  • Break fix for laptops inclusive of Shell swap, RAM upgrade battery replacement etc.
  • Coordinate with larger team of EUC engineers, Service Desk, Collaboration Support team and others.
  • Physical depot management of inventory like laptops, tablets, peripherals and spares
  • Periodic (weekly/daily) survey of AV rooms and level 1 troubleshooting
  • Excellent team player while being self driven to take ownership of issues
  • Ability to work on complex timeboxed assignment like device refresh or OS upgrades.

Skills needed: Able to troubleshoot hardware/software issues with laptops and tablets (battery replacement, shall swap)Very good knowledge of AD & Windows.OS Imaging knowledgeDeskside and white glove support experienceExcellent communication Skills (both written & spoken)Inventory communication skills (both written & spoken)Inventory and Asset management
