Procurement:
  • Update PO tracking log in SharePoint

  • Procurement for all project proto builds (with instructions from coordinators)
  • Processing RMAs for return materials to vendors
  • Work with client personnel to get parts through customs (WW classifications)
  • Invoice discrepancy/approval issues/IT tickets
  • Provide PCRs to coordinators for PCARD reconciliation (on request)

Inventory Management:
  • Manage the

    inventory sheet on SharePoint (for any changes)
  • Receiving inventory Counting inventory

Tools:
  • Working with SharePoint
  • Working with Excel
  • Log & issue inventory received when requested per SharePoint request Create POs in Ariba

Vendor Management:
  • Work closely with suppliers
  • Get confirmation of receipt of PO and ETA from suppliers Follow up with suppliers to ensure shipments will be delivered on time, and let coordinators know if there are any changes in delivery dates.
  • Expedite suppliers
  • Tracking shipments
  • Work with suppliers to supply invoices
  • Getting quotes

Shipments:
  • Create

    Shipping documentation using ROSA for transfer and shipping to different client locations
