Job Description
We are seeking an Entry Level Office Assistant for a permanent/direct hire onsite/in-office opportunity in Denver, CO (near 6th and Broadway). This role will support a fast paced office with a variety of tasks to include:
- Gather and process documentation
- Manage Calendars
- Schedule meetings
- Manage and order office supplies
- Assist Management with administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Customer Service skills
- Ability to positively and effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
- Commitment to excellence in customer service.

- Strong integrity and work ethic are critical; as is the ability to have fun and work in an engaging, highly collaborative team environment.
- Previous office assistant experience (clerical/administrative) is a nice to have
