This hybrid role (office and remote) partners directly with multiple Remediation Consulting department managers to advance strategic objectives on major accounts. You will apply and grow managerial and client development skills while contributing in both technical project roles and project management roles.ResponsibilitiesOversee preparation of work plans and organize project studies to meet scope, schedule, quality, and safety objectives.Interface directly with the technical project manager and cross‑disciplinary teams to deliver projects on scope, on schedule, and on budget.Incorporate client requirements, including commercial contract terms, change management processes, and financial performance KPIs.Use client and AECOM‑prescribed tools to track and manage project financials (forecasting, invoicing, cost control, earned value).Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet budgetary objectives; proactively adjust constraints based on financial analysis.Lead internal coordination and external client communications, including progress reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.Strong Colorado regulatory experience is preferred (e.g., CDPHE programs, Colorado Division of Oil and Public Safety for USTs, and EPA Region 8 interfaces), including permitting, compliance, and agency coordination.
