• Pro-Services delivery experience with Tier 1 and 2 carriers and MSO's implementing large scale service assurance solutions.
• Some networking background, specifically in carrier networks and services.
• Some knowledge of Ethernet, SDN Technologies and Principles, RTP, RTCP, Netconf-Yang.
• Some knowledge of API's – REST, Tcl, Python
• Excellent communication and writing skills, including creating of method of procedures (MOP) as required.
• Direct experience with LTE, GPRS, and UMTS, CDMA and IMS functional elements and technologies is desired
• An understanding of existing and future 3GPP and 3GPP2 network architectures
• Knowledge of wireless technologies such as: X-CSCF, PCRF, HSS, AAA, SGSN, GGSN, MME, P-GW, S-GW, Home Agent, WAP Gateway, DPI Solutions and Billing systems, IPv4, IPv6, Proxy Mobile IP, GTP, Iu, Gb, Radius, Diameter.
• Self-motivated and track record for completing projects on time
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Intermediate level Hands on Landslide knowledge

• Installation, Upgrade, downgrade, database backup, log gathering
• Data message flow configuration and modification
• VoLTE Call flow knowledge

• Intermediate hands on Visionworks knowledge

• Installation, upgrade, downgrade, backup
• Alarm KPI monitoring and interpretation
