ETL Lead/Manager

We are hiring in

• We are seeking an ETL Delivery Lead to manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of ETL processes for the Video Reporting team.
• The ETL Delivery Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers and ensuring the successful delivery of ETL projects on time and to the satisfaction of internal and external stakeholders.

• 4-8 years of ETL Development
• 4-8 years of SQL experience – No MySQL only custom code
• Some managing or mentoring experience

• Lead the development and implementation of ETL processes across various systems
• Manage a team of ETL developers and provide technical guidance and mentoring
• Ensure that ETL projects are delivered on time and to the satisfaction of stakeholders
• Manage Jira tickets and host daily stand up meetings
• Perform code reviews and ensure that all ETL code is of high quality, reusable, and maintainable
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies and standards
• Monitor ETL performance and troubleshoot issues as necessary
• Continuously evaluate and improve ETL processes and systems to optimize performance and reduce costs
• Provide regular status updates and reports to management.
