The Executive Chef will manage all culinary operations for this 12-bed community hospital. The Executive Chef will be a dynamic team player with a strong background in manging a culinary environment.If you have a Culinary Management or Supervisory background and have a passion for creating delicious tasting food, this position is for you!Salary range is $55,000-$65,000 depending upon experience.The successful candidate will:implement and standardize all culinary systems and procedures for hospital
be responsible for Food and Physical Safety and annual training for all hourly associates
manage, direct, and mentor frontline staff
procurement and purchasing
create menus based on client needs
implement innovative and fresh ideas in retail, catering and patient services
create interpersonal relationships with clients
