Experience with remodeling, apartment and residential maintenance required.

Including; General handyman skills, painting, drywall, tiling, trim, installing windows and doors, basic electrical, basic plumbing, troubleshooting, LVP install, cabinet installation, counter top installation, framing, and more.

Pay based on experience and skills, with rapid advancement for the right candidate.

Dependable transportation, smart phone and tools required. Company vehicle use after 90 days.

STRONG BATHROOM, KITCHEN REMODELLING EXPERIENCE WITH BASIC BUT COMPETANT PLUMBING AND EKECTRICAL IS A MUST!

Job Type: Full-time: $28.00 - $29.00 per hour to start, raise to over $30 after 30 day review for the right candidate.

Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday. 8:30 - 4:30

NO ON CALL.
