As a Field Marketing Manager, you'll lead end-to-end event operations and drive impactful B2B marketing strategies to connect and educate enterprise users and stakeholders about Base44. You'll leverage your expertise in event coordination and marketing operations to deliver measurable results and elevate brand presence within enterprise companies and in field events.  In your day-to-day, you will:  Manage all logistical details of hackathon sponsorships and hosted events, ensuring flawless execution from planning to teardown  Use AI tools to scale output and enhance event efficiency  Be on the ground at events, ensuring smooth execution and troubleshooting as needed  Coordinate cross-functional logistics and collaborate with internal teams to align on event goals  Track event performance and provide detailed reports on results
