We promote an inclusive work environment that creates feel-good moments for everyone.Job Description:Provides strategic leadership, direction, and support to the Field People team and Field business leadership team, overseeing integrated deployment and execution of national and localized plans.

Lead the implementation, execution, and maximization of the strategic national business plan with a People lens in partnership with MHQ

Identify local needs and partner with the Field Support team to design a plan to deploy and support available people tools and resources

Orchestrate and align stakeholders on People Priorities grounded in Insights and KPIs

Oversee, coach, and evaluate Field People Manager team to deliver on People plan execution and people performance measures

Partner with Field Leadership, Field Alignment Council, and Field Support team to drive culture of inclusion, engagement and development of the

staff Talent strategy within the Field Office e.g., HIPO development, succession planning and compensation

Protect the brand by partnering with GR and Labor relations on external/internal risks and mitigate against them

This can sit out of Denver Metro or Minneapolis Metro. The role is fully remote with around 50% domestic travel.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related degree preferred

5+ of human resource management experience and consulting experience preferred.

SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, WebEx, and related software.

Being able to lead from a remote setting and open to extensive travel
