Job Description

Our Strategy & Operations team is looking for a seasoned Finance Program Manager to help develop an operating model for a service desk, including the tracking, governance, communications, SLAs, and staffing model. Your project team will be designing a scalable, repeatable listening program to receive field feedback, track the success of programs, and optimize experiences for field sellers and client partners. You will be interacting with high-level leaders as this operating model will impact people all over the world. You’ll also have a hand in building communities and constructing a framework for engagement that will directly impact the company’s bottom line as well as its culture.

Be part of the drive behind fast growth engineering as the Finance Program Manager for our partner, a global technology provider. Seasoned in financial analysis, you will build detailed financial models, gauge financial health, and strive for a trajectory of strong performance. You will have the opportunity to regularly interface with C-suites, presenting persuasively and effectively while leading a focused team.

About you

  • You have a wealth of finance experience, either as a consultant or analyst
  • You’re gifted with entrepreneurial flair, showcasing a strong sense of ownership, and requiring little to no supervision
  • You are a natural communicator and interact well with many levels of leadership
  • You can explain project objectives, strategy, tactics, and ongoing progress with clarity
  • You have experience delivering projects and solving problems within midsize-to-large organizations, utilizing disparate tools and methodologies
  • You have a solid track record of recommending and implementing improvements to projects and processes for clients
  • You are extremely detail-oriented and lead with impeccable project management skills
  • You have a broad delivery capability that may span strategy, technology, and/or business
  • You’re a natural leader, able to navigate challenging group dynamics with consensus-building skills

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of financial consulting experience, financial management or leadership, or finance-heavy project management
  • 5+ years working hands-on with key finance systems, tools, and processes
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing gross margin, budget, revenue forecasting, and more
  • Strong negotiation and client management skills
  • Undergraduate degree (preferably in technology, finance, or business)
