Job DescriptionAn employer in Denver, CO is looking for Financial Partner to join their FP&A team. This individual will be a strategic partner who uses financial modeling, forecasting and trend analysis to provide advice, guidance, and support to a portfolio of operational departments, perform strategic analysis related to department budgets, and directly support department leaders in budget development and use of funds. This candidate will be responsible for performing advanced technical analysis to solve business problems using advanced Excel and Google Sheets and develop dynamic models that create scenarios based on assumptions that consider revenue and cost drivers. This person must have effective communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple demands while meeting deadlines. This role will pay up to 40.00 an hour based on experience. Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or related field

-Three (3) years' experience preferred in financial modeling, budgeting, accounting, and data analysis as well as research and evaluation skills utilizing automated systems (prefer experience in governmental accounting and budgeting environment)

Experience in providing group and individual training to various employee populations a plus

Skilled in using Excel pivot tables, graphing, macros, formulas and linking

Possess good oral and written communication skills

Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office products (e.g. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), as well as Google Suite -Background working in school district within financial space
