Food Truck Hiring ASAP!

I am a new food truck to the scene and am quickly booking events that I need staffing for. I am looking to hire two staff members asap to start working these events. The truck has a fun and interesting cuisine, and I would love to find people that can have a good time while working hard and fast. The truck’s homebase is in Longmont, but is currently booking events in Wellington, Fort Collins, Loveland and locally. Most events will be between Thurs-Sun. Prep days are usually Wed. Although there may be some catering events that fall outside of those days, Monday is pretty much a guaranteed closed day.

Ideally, I would like to find someone with FOH/BOH experience who is interested in learning and growing in the food truck business long-term. This position will start part-time and could quickly grow into full-time. Care for quality and detail is a must.

Also, I am looking for a spirited part-time hand during the events, someone who has great energy and enjoys working with the public. Main priority would be taking and delivering orders, talking to people, and being the smile at the front of the truck. Must love food!
