Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and highly-organized individual to join our team as our Human Performance Lab Operations Coordinator. This role involves a variety of tasks, including greeting members, answering phones, managing member accounts, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, gym space, and amenities.

The shifts we need currently are as follows:

Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM (20 hours / week)

Responsibilities:

Greet members and guests upon arrival and assist them as necessary.

Manage member check-ins and monitor gym access.

Answer and return phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff.

Assist in membership sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member account information.

Provide information about gym classes, services, and policies.

Handle payments for services, classes, and memberships.

Keep the front desk area, amenities, and gym space clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

Assist with gym tours for potential members and guests.

Resolve member issues in a professional and timely manner.

Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Help with special events as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous customer service or front desk experience is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Proficient in basic computer applications, such as MS Office.

Mindbody or similar Scheduling and CRM tool experience not required but is a plus

Must be able to work flexible hours that may occasionally fall on evenings and weekends.

Knowledge of basic gym operations and fitness services is desirable.

Interest in health and fitness is a big plus!
