Full Charge Bookkeeper

Family Business Office, with multiple related companies, is seeking a permanent full-time, controller-level bookkeeper.

The position offers an excellent salary opportunity, commensurate with experience ($55k to $85k), as well as a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits include PAID indoor parking, co-PAID medical insurance, PAID vacation, PAID sick time, 10 days of PAID holidays per year, 401(k) and cafeteria plans. In addition to the competitive salary range, the right candidate could receive a generous sign-on bonus.

Requirements for the position include:

- 5 - 7 years minimum experience with QuickBooks;

- Experience with Excel and Lacerte tax prep software a plus;

- Experience in a multi-entity environment is also a plus;
