Responsible for daily clerical activities and operations of the office. Clerk will perform clerical and administrative functions to ensure a smooth office operation. Responsibilities can include: Answering multi-line phones, taking orders and interfacing with customers; Accounts Receivable including processing and entering invoices; Accounts Payable including processing and entering invoices; processing of Contract Billings; processing and payment of monthly and quarterly sales tax; maintain office supplies, inventory and orders as needed. Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computer skills. Must be detail oriented, organized, able to multi-task, have strong attention to detail, be able to work independently with little supervision, be able to work in a team environment with other team members.
