Head Server / FOH Manager - this one is different!

Cantina Verde is fresh, chef-created, house-made Mexican food and margaritas in a beautiful resort town 15 minutes west of Colorado Springs between Manitou and Woodland Park. We have happy customers and employees. We work hard, get paid well, and have a lot of fun as a team. AND we need that special person to add to the team

If you are experienced in managing the front-of-house team to make sure everything runs smoothly from host, busser, server and bar; OR if you're an excellent server who knows all the FOH positions and is ready to try on your management hat, this is for you! We would absolutely love to work with you and give you the autonomy are resources to make our restaurant hum. Summer is here and the tips are hot!

Ideal candidate: Firm, but low ego and leads by example, team player, wants to see each employee succeed. And is willing, and able, to make hard decisions on an individual level for the good of the greater team and the business.

Things to know:

Up to $44/hour (tipped position with higher starting than min wage for the right person)

Company 401k

Flexible hours between noon and 10PM; may be flexible on days for the right person
