SNI Technology's client located in Greeley, CO is immediately seeking to hire a Tier 1 Help Desk Specialist for an exciting contract opportunity. This temp assignment is a M-F, 40 hours per week position with an expected contract duration of 2 months (i.e., through Jan. 31, 2021).

Help Desk Specialist - Tier I Support

Job Summary SNI Technology's client is seeking some temporary help on their help desk queue for Tier 1 technical support for the upcoming Fall semester. This position will be a 8-5, Monday thru Friday, onsite position.

Depending on call volume, there will be hands-on support training provided. In December/January, we have a large remodeling project that this position will be required to help support as well. Duties for this project will include, but not limited to: unplugging office technology such as computers, monitors, phones, etc.; labeling them into carts for transportation/delivery; loading/unloading carts and reconfiguring and setting up after it's been moved to the new location. Please note another company will be responsible for moving the carts of equipment to the new buildings. However, it is a requirement to lift up to 25 pounds for short distances.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field, plus
  • 1 year experience repairing, maintaining, troubleshooting desktop computers, or
  • Equivalent combination of education and/or experience

Compensation

The pay rate for this position is $20.55 per hour during the contract duration of the assignment.
