High Point Creamery is looking for awesome Shopkeepers for Hilltop and Berkeley locations. Are you passionate about serving up smiles along with scoops? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, friendly environment? Do you love ice cream? Working with the best team in all of ice cream? Keeping your shop organized, sparkling and smelling like waffle cones? Then this is the job for you! Must have night and weekend availability.

Responsibilities:

-Greet customers with a warm welcome and provide exceptional service

-Scoop and serve delicious ice cream creations with precision and care

-Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment

-Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing change

-Assist with opening and closing duties, ensuring the shop is ready for business each day

-Making weekly schedules

-Verifying deposits and tips, including taking them to the bank

-Weekly inventory

Requirements:

-18 years old or older

-Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills

-Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

-Previous customer service experience preferred

-Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

-Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
