Hi, my name is Alice. I’m a young working professional, and I also happen to be a quadriplegic.

I’m seeking to fill multiple shifts, starting with Thursday and Friday evenings from 8 to 9:30 p.m., as well as one morning shift weekly from 6 to 9:30 a.m. Another morning shift will be opening soon, and I’m looking to hire someone who would be interested in growing into that position. Since evening shifts are short, I prefer to hire someone who lives close to Belmar in Lakewood.

Tasks include shower assistance, bowel programs, getting me dressed, using a Hoyer lift for transfers, preparing meals, and occasionally running errands. I am experienced in training individuals with no prior experience working with someone with a spinal cord injury; however, this position is physically demanding, so applicants must be capable of having an active job.
