HR Generalist

Description We are offering an opportunity for an HR Generalist in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. The role involves a range of HR functions, including payroll, recruiting, employee relations, and benefits administration. The successful candidate will play an integral part in supporting our parent company and will have the opportunity to grow into a regional level.Responsibilities: Manage bi-monthly payroll for a team of 60 employees Handle the recruitment process, including screening resumes and onboarding new employees Prepare and present job offers to potential candidates Address and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner Organize and host employee events to foster a positive work environment Provide support to our parent company as required Lead and contribute to various HR projects Stay up-to-date with HR laws to ensure company compliance Provide counseling and support to employees as needed Administer employee benefits and manage leaves of absence Utilize HRMS and other tools such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, About Time, Benefit Functions, Compensation Administration, Compliance, and Employee Relations. Requirements Proven experience in a HR Generalist role Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now Extensive knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Proficiency in Ceridian and HRMS software Experience with 'About Time' software Familiarity with Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration Understanding of Compliance requirements in HR Strong skills in Employee Relations Practical experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Outstanding organizational and time-management skills Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
