Hvac Foreman

We're searching for a seasoned HVAC Foreman with 10 years of commercial experience to join our dynamic team in Colorado. Lead commercial HVAC projects in diverse industries. Enjoy excellent pay, and benefits after 90 days.

Position: HVAC Foreman (Commercial)

Location: Wheat Ridge, Colorado

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise commercial HVAC installations, maintenance, and upgrades.

Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project success.

Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulations.

Oversee equipment, and materials at project jobsite.

Conduct quality inspections and ensure work meets industry standards.

Requirements:

Experience working at DEN a plus! Must be able to pass background check, drug and alcohol test.

Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation, service, and repair.

Proven track record of leadership and team management.

Expertise in interpreting Plans and Specs.

Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, and rooftop units.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Valid Driver's License and OSHA Certificate within the last 3 years preferred.
