What You’ll Do:

Assist Supers on new construction job sites and with final trims

Deliver materials as needed

Handle warranty/service work: diagnose, repair, and maintain heating & AC systems

Troubleshoot and consult with customers for the best HVAC solutions

Perform routine preventative maintenance

Identify opportunities for system upgrades and energy efficiency improvements

Collaborate with team members for a seamless customer experience

Respond quickly to work orders and customer inquiries

Follow all safety policies

What We’re Looking For:

Proven HVAC industry experience

NATE certifications a big plus!

Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities

Familiarity with HVAC tools/equipment

Physical ability to meet job demands

Valid driver’s license (must be 21+ and insurable)

Excellent communication skills

Flexibility to work in various locations and weather conditions

Sheet Metal experience is a bonus

A willingness to learn and grow

Job Details:

Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Hours: 40 per week (8-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday; some on-call,

overtime, or weekend work as needed)

Location: In-person
