Implementation Engineer

Job Description

As a senior member of our development team, you will be working with individual customers to uncover, develop and implement solutions in the banking and credit union space. You are a skilled developer with strong SQL skills and experience with programming languages like JavaScript, who takes pride in your work, and it shows in the quality of your code. You are naturally curious, analytical and a skilled collaborator. • Designing, developing and modifying amazing solutions that meet each customer's business needs
• Absorbing a deep understanding of our products and how each customer can ideally leverage our platform
• Working with customers to uncover their unique business needs and collaboratively implementing creative solutions – this is a client-facing role!
• Practicing sound development practices, optimizing efficiencies and identifying areas for improvement
• Stretching yourself intellectually – challenging conventional thinking with your positive and curious mind

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• 5+ years of full stack development and client facing implementation experience
• Strong command of SQL and a complementary toolset that might include JavaScript, PHP, Java or Python
• Domain knowledge of highly regulated, high volume transaction processing systems – experience in the banking or credit union space preferred
• Familiarity with CRM or ERP platforms and experience either presenting or consuming APIs
• Ability to troubleshoot across the entire tech stack with an intense curiosity – you love figuring things out
• Passion for building quality products that perform well under pressure and are easy to maintain
• Strong communications skills and the ability to articulate issues to non-technical users
• Extra points if you've worked in a growth stage company and understand shifting priorities in order to build a world-class product

Additional Information

• Salary $110,000 - $130,000 base plus equity
