Position Summary 
The In Room Dining Server delivers exceptional dining experiences by promptly and professionally serving food and beverages and maintaining Mini Bar in guest rooms while ensuring accuracy, quality, and superior hospitality service. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication, and a commitment to providing personalized service that enhances the guest experience.     Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and professionally
    Ensure accuracy of orders, presentation, and adherence to hotel service standards for both In Room Dining orders and in room Mini Bar
    Set up and serve meals in a courteous and efficient manner
    Provide menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries regarding food and beverages
    Maintain cleanliness and organization of In Room Dining and Mini Bar trays, carts, and work areas
    Process guest orders via phone, ensuring clarity and special requests are accommodated
    Handle guest requests and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
    Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
    Collect and process payments accurately when required
    Retrieve and clear trays from guest rooms and hallways in a timely manner and restock Mini Bar as needed
    Collaborate with kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service
    Uphold hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards in all interactions
    Other duties as assigned
