Atrilogys direct client is looking for a Inside Sales Professional to join their team in Englewood, CO. This is a Full Time Direct Hire role working a Hybrid work schedule (occasional onsite in Denver Tech Center) Position Description: We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales professional with a history of demonstrated results in supporting the sales of complex technology solutions and services. Specific solutions include wireless broadband, microwave, and 2-way radio solutions and a growing portfolio of managed service solutions. The candidate must be capable of multi-tasking, demonstrate excellent customer service, follow through, and problem solving skills, and have an excellent work ethic and be motivated by a leveraged, un-capped, compensation plan.
Specific Job Duties:- Manage existing clients and expand our relationships
- Prepare quotes to new and existing customer's for equipment, services and projects
- Discover new business opportunities through consistent outbound calling efforts
- Collaborate with field sales to develop business, win sales and execute transactions
- Demonstrate superior follow through with customers
- Co-manage the sales pipeline and actively support closing business opportunities
- Communicate clearly and concisely with customers, vendors, and other team members
- Interface with suppliers for ordering equipment
- Coordinate order receipt, configuration and shipment
- Work with engineers to develop bills of materials
- Ensure customer data is captured in our CRM system
- Accountable to meeting goals and deadlines
- Some outside sales calls required
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
- Proven track record of sales results
- Business maturity and customer management skills
- Self-motivated with demonstrated history of initiative and performance
- Experience using CRM and sales process management tools
- Excellent work ethic, team player, customer service leader
- Strong phone and in-person communications skills
- Problem solving and solutions orientation
- Ability to effectively multi-task with excellent follow through
- Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- ConnectWise Manage and Sell experience a bonus
- Professional attitude and demeanor
- Demonstrated results in selling complex technology solutions and services
- Familiarity with wireless broadband equipment, microwave equipment and two-way radio equipment is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of inside sales experience
- Must have demonstrated history of success selling complex technology solutions and services
