S&P Global CorporateThe Role: International Tax Compliance ManagerThe Grade/Level: (relevant for internal applicants only) 12The Location: Englewood, ColoradoThe Impact:S&P Global is seeking a high performing and efficient international tax manager to support the tax department function with duties related to income tax compliance and financial reporting.An international tax technical knowledge base and related practical experience is a preferred skill set for the role. The position will report to and work closely with the existing tax team in order to successfully and efficiently meet and exceed tax department objectives.Responsibilities:

80% US international tax compliance; and

20% tax provision related activities.

Annually prepare international related US Federal income tax compliance forms (primarily forms 5471, 5472, 8858, 8865, 8990, 8991, 8992 & 1118) including the supporting E&P and foreign tax credit calculations in collaboration with other team members; and

Assist with international aspects of quarterly tax provision reporting.

What We’re Looking For :

Ability to organize and maintain a large volume of information;

Tax technology experience (One Source, Excel tools, Oracle, and Smart View). ONE SOURCE experience is mandatory.

Adaptable to change; and

Positive attitude.

Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field required. Advanced degree in Tax a plus, but not required.

Required Experience:

5+ years of applicable, practical tax experience.

3+ years with big four accounting firm, preferred but not required.

One Source experience.

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is 88,400 USD to 159,725‬ USD. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role.In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
