Inventory Coordinator

Aston Carter is hiring an Inventory Coordinator for a leading company within the material handling industry in Aurora, CO!Job Description-Monday is stock order day and there will be a truck load from main HQ from Ohio and consistently between 8 and 16 pallets full of boxed parts-Packing lists come with it and RF gun scan and the Coordinators will open boxes and scan the product and get it checked in-If the scan gun doesn't pick up the scan gun, need to enter PO and manually receive the orders in -Take stack of parts and base don locations on the parts labels and go through warehouse and organize newest to oldest-Will get parts without locations (i.e. needs bins) and then run a report that shows inventory locations for the branch and look at locations and assess where empty locations are to put fresh product and assign location to the part (if they go to location and if there is something wrong or it is filled, have to figure out if they need to relocate it/extra product, etc.)Skills & QualificationsMUST HAVE:-1+ year of Inventory Control/Inventory Coordinator, Shipping/Receiving, or Logistics Coordinator.-Ability to lift products ranging from 25-50 lbs. -Someone who has a list of data on a spreadsheet and can figure out what is missing and what is not missing. -Someone who has strong organizational skills and detail oriented. -Basic computer skills - read and send emails, open programs and enter data, open Excel reports. NICE TO HAVE:-Bilingual in Spanish and English -Previous parts or tools experienceWork Environment-Customers they work with: Costco, Walmart, Lowe's, Home Depot and Sam's Club, Ford, Chrysler, etc. (manufacture, rent/sell, and repair Forklifts).-80 branches in the United States and manufacturing facilities Australia, Germany, and US.-Will be working in the parts department in the warehouse.-100% on site (no remote opportunities) and hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Monday-Friday.-OT options are there if they want to take advantage of this.About Aston Carter: Please Note: Scammers are posing as Aston Carter.
