iOS Developer

6 Month Contract-to-Hire

Hybrid in Denver Tech Center Our client is looking to hire an iOS Developer to support the mobile TV application. This team will be doing the development of the iOS and AppleTV app where customers can sign in and watch TV anywhere. They are working on redesigning and modernizing the application to provide a better overall customer experience.

Skill Set:
  • 3+ years of experience with iOS application development
  • Strong Swift, iOS SDK, Objective-C, multi-threading skills
  • Experience building large scale, complex, iOS application optimized for both UX and performance
  • Strong knowledge of iOS best practices principles and patterns
  • Strong communication skills and drive to learn new technologies and processes
  • Any background working with analytics and developing reports would be a nice to have

Day to day:
  • Redesign and build new features for iOS TV application
  • Utilize Swift to develop and optimize iOS application
  • Manage detailed application requirements and collaborate with project /development teams to ensure quality function, features and user experience
  • Own the design, development, documentation, and troubleshooting of new features involving iOS
  • Implement new requirements within our Agile delivery methodology while following our established architectural principles

Team overview: There are 3 developers on the Apple TV side and 4 Developers work in the iOS application. A lot of team members float back and forth depending on priorities. There is a lot of mentorship on the team to help individuals ramp up quickly.
