Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an AV Engineer in Denver, Colorado. The key role of this position is to design, implement, and manage enterprise-level audio-visual communication systems. Responsibilities: Develop and implement enterprise-class audio-visual communication systems according to business needs. Set up and configure AV equipment such as projectors, screens, microphones, sound systems, and video conferencing systems for meetings and events. Ensure the optimal performance and reliability of AV equipment through routine maintenance and inspections. Rapidly diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including audio and video problems, connectivity issues, and equipment malfunctions. Coordinate and assist with the setup of video conferencing sessions, webinars, and virtual meetings. Oversee the audio-visual aspects of board meetings, town halls, and executive presentations. Maintain accurate records of AV equipment inventory, repairs, and maintenance schedules. Develop documentation and user guides for standard AV setups and configurations. Ensure adherence of all AV systems and content to corporate security policies and guidelines. Manage licenses and permissions for AV software and content distribution. Stay updated with the latest AV technologies, trends, and industry best practices. Perform other duties and projects as assigned.Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience as an AV Technician or in a similar role within a corporate environment.

Experience with cloud-management audio, video, and control platforms required. Experience with QSYS Control / Designer a plus.

Experienced working with AV software and control systems required. Experience with Crestron a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) required.
