Position SummaryThe IT Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within an organization. This role leads cross-functional teams, manages resources, and ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with business objectives. Effective communication, strategic planning, and stakeholder management are essential skills for success in this role. This role reports to the VP of Business Applications.The budgeted salary range for this position is $96,000 to $125,000. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience; all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus. Job Posting Deadline Applications for this position will be accepted until August 1, 2025.Essential Job FunctionsLead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budget constraints, and quality standardsCoordinate with internal stakeholders to gather project requirements and translate them into actionable IT strategiesManage project scope, schedule, and resources, ensuring clear communication across all teamsDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring proper risk management and mitigation strategies are in placeWork closely with IT teams to ensure technical solutions align with resort and hospitality objectivesProvide project status updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholdersOversee the integration of new technology systems, from point-of-sale solutions to booking and reservation platformsEnsure system implementations are aligned with operational workflows and guest experience goalsCoordinate vendor relationships for IT-related services and equipment procurementTroubleshoot issues during the project lifecycle and ensure continuous improvements in technology processesImplement best practices for project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)Develop training materials and provide training sessions for staff to effectively use new technology systemsOther duties as assigned
