Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an IT Risk Technology Implementation Project Manager for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Financial Services clients in Denver, CO. Responsibilities :
- Experienced in initiating/facilitating dialogue with clients to identify business problems and provide risk technology and/or analytic solutions
- Knowledge of property / casualty insurance and claims process (Workers Compensation, General Liability, Automobile Liability, etc.)
- Demonstrate the ability to create, design and interpret data analytics as it pertains to risk and insurance
- Demonstrated ability to map business processes, identify key measures along the process and creation of reports to drive efficiencies along the process
- Demonstrated ability to function effectively both independently and part of a team.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to communicate with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
- Technical aptitude and understanding of relational databases, reporting tools and business analytics
- Contribute to innovation initiatives
- Some sales/growth responsibilities and targets
- Graduation from a college or university with a 4 year degree
- 5+ years client-facing consulting experience
- Advanced Excel experience (i.e. Power Pivot, Power Query)
- Ability to travel 10% of time
- Experienced in all areas of RMIS Consulting1) Discovery/Requirements, 2) RFP Selection Process, 3) System Implementation, 4) System Optimization, 5) Vendor Management
- Familiarity with independent, insurance carrier/TPA, and in-house home grown systems
- 5+ years' experienceas the lead project manager/team leader in risk technology implementation
