We are looking for an experienced transition manager that can work cross functionally to transition new products/services into our existing IT support framework. This role is hybrid (part-time remote, part-time office based) from either our office in Greenwood Village, CO or Canton, MA.There are a few things that make this opportunity truly fantastic:

A role you will loveAs the IT Service Delivery Manager, you will develop great relationships with key stakeholders and business users. Working with both delivery and support teams, you will be tasked with creating and presenting your vision as to what fantastic IT Service Management looks like for new technology services, and then driving successful Transition activity in order to bring it about whilst minimizing business disruption. You will be given the opportunity to work on a number of different Transitions, many of which will be aligned to global projects.You will work within our new Service Design and Transition Framework, but you will also be invited to support us to refine and enhance it, helping us to become slicker and more efficient, and to continually improve the service we deliver to our business.You will also: - Agree and manage progress against Acceptance into Service criteria
- Define and implement IT Incident flows for new services
- Ensure that delivery and support teams work within our existing Change Management process
- Set out Roles and Responsibilities for the technical support of new services
- Agree and manage Knowledge Transfer plans such that our IT Service teams can provide great support for new applications
- Oversee the implementation of Early Life Support and high-quality service reporting
- Adapt to changing and conflicting business priorities and demonstrate the ability to influence the team to work in an agile manner whilst always putting service quality at the top of the agenda
- Travel occasionally to other US Computershare offices (may be required)
What will you bring to the role? We are looking for a highly experienced individual with the ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Presentation and communication skills will be key for influencing decisions and ensuring that you can drive through change. You also possess great organizational skills matched with a real passion for service excellence.You will also bring: - 2+ years' experience in leading the transition of IT services within an enterprise environment
- Significant experience working within a live IT Service environment
- Experience working in ITIL process design & implementation
- Experience working within IT Project Management framework
- Experience building long term support models for applications and IT services
- Working knowledge of ITIL Service Design and Transition Principles
- Experience in the implementation and support of Incident/Problem Management processes
- Experience in service governance processes and the ability to understand risk to services
- Solid understanding of industry direction and best practices
- Previous leadership experience is highly advantageous
