IT Support Analyst

Job Description

Under direct supervision, installs, maintains, tests, and repairs computer systems and software. Utilizes basic technical knowledge to support IT initiatives and provides second-level technical information systems support to Salud employees and contractors. Resolves routine technical problems.

• Starting Hourly Range: $27 to $31 per hr.

• Employees working at least 1,000 hours within a 12-month period are eligible for the Defined Contribution Pension Plan. Salud will contribute 5% of your base salary each month

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Higher education and/ or technical certifications
• At least 2 years ofexperience directly related to the position

• Knowledge of a wide range of computer systems software, applications, hardware, networking, and communications
• Ability to perform routine preventive maintenance on systems software, applications, hardware, networking, and communications
• Knowledge of current technological developments/trends in the area of focus.
• Records maintenance skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
• Ability to determine computer problems and coordinate hardware, software, and/or network solutions
• Ability to analyze and resolve basic computer problems
• Ability to communicate technical guidance to remote users and instruction to users
• Ability to work utilizing ticketing system and adhere to SLA and ticket closure expectations
• Must provide own transportation to and from clinic locations (mileage reimbursement available)
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
