Job Description

We are seeking anIT SupportTechnicianfor a contract to hireopportunity in Englewood, CO.

This role will be remote/telecommuting to start, however, there will be the opportunity to return to the office in south Denver when it is determined to do so. Due to this, interested candidates who are local to the Denver area or who will be relocating soon to the Denver area are encouraged to apply. This role may ask for flexibility in shifts.

In this role, you will work as a member of the internal end user support desk in IT Operations. The primary responsibility of this role will be to resolve computing and access issues for internal and external employees (in the field). Additional responsibilities

  • Providing support for Windows computers, Mac computers, tablets, and mobile devices such as Android phones and iPhones.
  • Password reset requests (Password reset call split)
  • Verify proper hardware and/or software setup
  • Leverage ServiceNow, SCCM, Active Directory, WorkspaceOne, and many other tools to provide support and solutions to the enterprise.
  • Uninstalling and reinstalling software applications though remote connection
  • Basic diagnosis and troubleshooting
  • Resolve user account problems
  • Assistance in handling simple problems or generic 'how to' questions.
  • Software troubleshooting
  • Misc. Ticket creation
  • Ticket status (Ticket Status call split, emails)

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree +1 year relevant work experience
  • Strong customer service skills including follow through and follow-up
  • Curiosity and a desire to solve problems correctly the first time
  • Ability to manage, track and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Willingness to share knowledge and expertise with teammates
  • Attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile
  • History of exceeding ticket closure goals
  • Proven ability to document customer contacts, troubleshooting steps, current status and resolutions in tickets
  • Strong Windows and Mac support experience
  • A positive and proactive attitude toward finding solutions, meeting commitments, and assisting others

Preferred skills:

  • Experience administrating objects Active Directory Domain environment
  • Experience with Microsoft SCCM
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Technical documentation abilities
  • Experience using G Suite
  • Experience supporting Mac OS in an enterprise environment

Additional Information

This contract to hire role is currently a work from homedue to the pandemic, but will ultimately be located onsite located near I-25 and Lincoln in Denver.This role may ask for flexibility in shifts.
