- Design and Develop microservices in Java 8
- Analyze existing monolithic web services and work on analysis, specification, design, and implementation to micro services framework.
- Work on micro services containerization and deploy the web services to docker environment that managed by Kubernetes open-source platform.
- Monitor system utilization / performance for capacity planning purposes; plan for business continuity.
- Research new technology products and make recommendations to management.
- Codes, tests, and debugs new software or makes enhancements to existing software. Participates in code review sessions to validate adherence with development standards
- Generates a variety of complex and periodic reports and/or data through databases.
- Influences system design by identifying and recommending design and requirements needs for software enhancements
- Maximizes the efficiency of the various software systems by implementing, monitoring, testing and auditing new software programs
- Participates in continuous performance improvement sessions to discuss opportunities to improve processes or standards
- Expertise in data structures, architectural patterns, and distributed systems
- Design and develop light weight microservices in Java 8
- Expertise in microservice containerization and deploy the web services to docker environment that managed by Kubernetes open-source platform.
- Codes and performs unit and integration testing of software to ensure proper and efficient execution and adherence to business and technical requirements leveraging Junit, Mockito, Groovy Spock
- Experience in AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka and Cassandra Databases
- Experience in GIT and GITOPs continuous integration and Continuous deployment pipelines
