DUTIES

The kitchen & bath designer/salesperson will coordinate and design projects with customers, suppliers, and trades, so our clients can see their vision come to life. Responsibilities include:

Developing designs for interior remodeling projects

Creating scope of work documents to define remodeling projects

Costing and estimating kitchen and bath remodeling projects

Ordering and tracking of materials and labor costs

Travel to and from job sites for initial measuring, ongoing evaluations, and closing out of project

This position is not your typical salesperson. We have found that our customers want our services but without being sold. So, rather than a pushy salesperson, we need someone who asks questions, listens to the homeowner, determines their needs, offers options for them to choose from, then closes the deal.
