Description Robert Half is seeking a candidate for a contract Lease Administration Specialist role. This is a fully remote position, requiring MST Time zone. This is an integral role with a broad set of data-driven and tactical objectives focused on the management of lease administration systems to ensure data integrity maintenance and that real estate leasehold information is consistent. Strategic management of the portfolio will be key, and each Lease Administration Specialist will be empowered to make critical decisions that will positively impact data integrity, and, at times, uncover cost savings opportunities.This role will interface with a broad set of individuals, and the ability to develop productive relationships with other functional teams will be critical: accounts payable, FP& A, real estate teams, corporate finance, corporate development, sales, operations, legal, etc.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Management of lease administration systems (predominantly Salesforce) within a broad set of real estate types; key point of contact for Real Estate Leads for data sharing and contracts management. Administrative lead on data accuracy, expense creations, initial vendor creation/management, CAM reconciliations, data integrity/consistency, and other ad hoc lease administrative tasks as needed. Support of the Real Estate organization to ensure consistent back office real estate practices. Ongoing scanning of existing portfolio to determine areas of potential cost optimization by virtue of eliminating redundant expenses and working with optimization teams to track these savings.Requirements QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Associate degree in Finance / Accounting desirable A minimum of 2 - 3 years of accounting, accounts payable or paralegal experience.
